Ally McCoist has backed Manchester United outcast Marcus Rashford to \u201cthrive\u201d at Arsenal, but he has concerns about this potential transfer.<\/p>\n
Rashford’<\/strong>s future is uncertain heading into this summer\u2019s transfer window, but it appears unlikely that he will play for Man Utd again.<\/p>\n The attacker has had loan spells at Aston Villa and Barcelona over the past two seasons and has returned to form after previously struggling at Man Utd<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Barcelona have the option to sign Rashford permanently for \u00a326m this summer, but recent reports have indicated that the Spanish giants are set to snub the England international and sign a replacement after setting two conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n This could lead Rashford back to the Premier League, and McCoist thinks he is suited to Arsenal.<\/p>\n \u201c100 per cent I could see him playing there,\u201d McCoist told talkSPORT Bet Casino.<\/p>\n READ: Big Weekend: Man United v Liverpool, Tottenham, Viktor Gyokeres, Andoni Iraola, Oliver Glasner<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cMarcus Rashford could thrive at Arsenal.\u201d<\/p>\n However, McCoist did also acknowledge that a move to Arsenal may not be best for Rashford, who should \u201cstay\u201d where he is.<\/p>\n \u201cThey (Arsenal) would have to offload first,\u201d McCoist added.<\/p>\n \u201cThe right-hand side of the attack, I\u2019m thinking about Madueke, Saka, you throw in Martinelli, Trossard on the left.<\/p>\n \u201cIf I was Marcus Rashford, I\u2019d probably want him to think about staying where I am at the moment.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t know what the deal is, Hansi Flick has been very complimentary about him, and he\u2019s done well when he\u2019s come in, goal returns good, assists good.<\/p>\n \u201cIf I\u2019m Marcus Rashford, I\u2019m going to stay where I am.
