On the back of a tough run you come up against Bournemouth who haven\u2019t played for a while, and they\u2019re at it. You have to smell these things.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s not as if Arsenal learned from the first half. They were doing the same in the second half.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd people like (Declan) Rice \u2013 we\u2019re talking about leadership skills. They\u2019ve got to get a grip of people.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPeople are looking Arteta. The fans are nervous. No, this is on the players. The fans aren\u2019t going to go with you. The manager can only do so much. He\u2019s put a brilliant squad together. You\u2019re in a great position. Do not let this slip.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He added: \u201cWe\u2019ll find out about what kind of characters these Arsenal lads are over next three or four or five weeks; what they\u2019re made of.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey need to challenge each other, not be best mates with each other but fall out with each other. Because again, if they slip up here, they\u2019ll never forgive themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><smartframe-embed customer-id=\"0fab81ce12e48a0794275e1d82449fb1\" image-id=\"1075913092\" style=\"width: 100%; display: inline-flex; max-width: 100%;\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Fellow pundit Jamie Carragher insists Arsenal need to get their heads right to maintain their spot at the top of the Premier League table.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe thing for Arsenal right now is how they are here (pointing to his head,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s been this talk all week of Manchester City (coming back), and it\u2019s how they can overcome that.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut a manager is not going to change now, after being a manager for five or six years, in the next week. We know how Mikel Arteta is going to go about it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s going to back to his strengths \u2013 the back four and maybe Declan Rice in there, causing problems and getting on the ball.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHis strength is not in the attacking sense.
