Arsenal have reportedly made an \u2018offer\u2019 for Julian Alvarez as Atletico Madrid release a statement after a \u2018month of lies\u2019 about the Argentina star.<\/p>\n

None whatsoever. Not from Barcelona, not from Paris Saint-Germain, not from Arsenal. We know he didn\u2019t cause all this noise \u2013 he has always behaved perfectly.\u2019<\/p>\n Fabrizio Romano revealed earlier this week that Barcelona are preparing their \u201cfirst official bid\u201d to sign Alvarez in the summer.<\/p>\n Romano explained on his YouTube channel: \u201cBarcelona are preparing, internally, the first official proposal, the first official bid for Julian Alvarez.<\/p>\n \u201cBarcelona are not sending the bid today (Thursday).
