{"id":1457,"date":"2026-05-21T20:10:06","date_gmt":"2026-05-21T20:10:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/esport.com.ng\/?p=1457"},"modified":"2026-05-21T20:10:06","modified_gmt":"2026-05-21T20:10:06","slug":"ceballos-sends-message-to-arteta-after-real-madrid-make-transfer-decision-you-always-believed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/esport.com.ng\/?p=1457","title":{"rendered":"Ceballos sends message to Arteta after Real Madrid make transfer decision \u2013 \u2018you always believed\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> <br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div><!-- Article Start --><\/p>\n<p>Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos has congratulated Arsenal on winning the Premier League title this season and has also hailed Gunners manager Mikel Arteta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Arsenal<\/strong> have become the champions of England for the first time since 2004.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manchester City\u2019s failure to win against Bournemouth on Tuesday<\/strong> means that Arsenal will finish at the top of the Premier League table regardless of what happens against Crystal Palace on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>Arsenal could also end the 2025\/26 campaign by becoming the champions of Europe for the first time in history.<\/p>\n<p>The north London outfit will take on last season\u2019s champions, Paris Saint-Germain, in the final of the Champions League on May 30.<\/p>\n<p>Arsenal have been getting congratulatory messages following their Premier League triumph, and among them is <strong>Real Madrid<\/strong> midfielder Dani Ceballos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ: Rice, Saka react to Arsenal winning PL title as Man City sent message \u2013 \u2018not laughing anymore\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ceballos<\/strong> was at Arsenal on loan from Madrid for the 2019\/20 season and for the 2020\/21 campaign.<\/p>\n<p>The 29-year-old Spanish midfielder made 77 appearances for Arsenal during his time at the Emirates Stadium.<\/p>\n<p>Ceballos scored two goals and gave six assists for the Gunners in those matches.<\/p>\n<p>The Madrid midfielder enjoyed working under Arsenal manager <strong>Mikel Arteta<\/strong>and he has been effusive in his praise of his Spanish compatriot, who has done a truly amazing job at the north London club.<\/p>\n<p><smartframe-embed customer-id=\"04742eb90cefa12a5e3ab9bae92c2b93\" image-id=\"neimGGRNH5z9\" style=\"width: 100%; display: inline-flex; max-width: 100%;\"\/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dani Ceballos congratulates Arsenal and Mikel Arteta<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ceballos wrote on <em>X <\/em>at 8:27am on May 20: \u201cCongratulations to Arsenal, the players and the fans for winning the league title.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEspecially to Mikel Arteta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou always believed in the club and worked harder than anyone to achieve this.
